Jim is CEO and manages EAPC’s Bismarck, ND office. He is regarded by all who know him as always very approachable, relaxed, and in good humor. Jim goes out of his way to accommodate his employees and help create an enjoyable work atmosphere. His colleagues know it’s going to be a great day when they can hear him whistling as he navigates through the office to his workspace. He is a great leader and makes a conscious effort to adapt to individuals’ communication styles.
Jim specializes in the design of heating, air conditioning, and ventilating systems for commercial facilities as well as conducting forensic investigations for mechanical systems. His responsibilities include client relations, coordination of the firm’s on-site activities, accountability for responsiveness, and schedule and budget control.
