We are pleased to welcome Ron Brinkman, AIA to EAPC’s
St. Paul office.
A Bison fan, Ron received his Masters of Architecture in 2015 from North Dakota State University.
Upon graduating, Ron worked for an architectural firm in Minneapolis where he served as a Designer, Design Lead, Digital Practice Manager, and Project Architect. Ron’s passion and background is in healthcare design with additional experience in education, government, civic/institutional, historic preservation, and industrial markets. Ron has been a speaker and contributor with NCARB Think Tank, AIA MN Conference, and Black Spectacles Practical Applications, among others these past few years.
His love for design started early with Lincoln logs and legos, followed by an interest in carpentry work in high school and throughout his college career.
“Design presents the best way for me to fulfill both understanding of our built world’s many curiosities and striving to provide innovative experiences in them. Seeing design ideas translate from marker to mouse to muscle to buildings and to the magic they can create within them, gives me great joy and passion.”
Outside of work, Ron’s wife Chelsea and their dog Archie, a 2-year-old Malamute, are avid travelers, hikers, campers, and adventurers.
As a lifelong builder and carpenter, our home is frequently in mild disarray for a renovation project. Currently the basement bathroom!”
