With rustic touches, the design will incorporate western inspirations, including lanterns/railroad crossing signals for lighting, warm/auburn colors, railroad ties, artifacts and more

Building I – The Maverick is approx. 112,150 SF consisting of two stories of commercial spaces, and five stories of residential apartments with 39 underground parking stalls
