Working with Banner Health Design & Construction and DPR Construction, EAPC provided architectural assistance in the refresh of the existing Banner Desert Medical Center 2145 Building and Security Building roofs. The entire team worked together, walking each roof before construction kicked-off and documenting all existing conditions. The existing roof membrane had been worn down by the intense desert sun and a refresh was needed. After removing any existing loose debris and installing a fresh Wite Brite homogeneous roofing membrane system, the newly-refreshed roof is ready to withstand the desert environment for years to come.
