This project involved intensive remodeling to an existing aircraft manufacturing facility in the industrial park of Grand Forks. Just under 29,000 SF of heavily-industrial manufacturing space was converted to modern, technologically-sophisticated, and high-traffic office space. The build-out created seating for close to 300 people, upwards of 240 of them being for new jobs to the Grand Forks market. A finish palette was developed for the project that involved upbeat, modern finishes that blended upscale design with functional durability.
