The program for this major addition and remodel included a complete overhaul of the main level of the existing facility into Radiology, Ultrasound, and X-ray services, as well as a complete electrical service upgrade. The addition transformed the clinic from a 20,000 SF dated facility to a 52,000 SF modern, full-service, patient-experience focused clinic. Services included in the new facility include: 25+ exam rooms, chemotherapy, audiology, lab, telemedicine, imaging, and a full-service pharmacy with drive-thru. The project was successfully completed through an integrated project delivery, where the Owner, Construction Manager, Contractors, and Architectural and Engineering professionals collaborated from the early stages of design.
