Wayne oversees the architectural department at EAPC’s Grand Forks office and also manages the firm’s Bemidji, MN office. Wayne is regarded by his staff as a project leader that gives his team the best chance for a successful conclusion: a project that is delivered on schedule and within budget, a satisfied client, a happy team of design professionals, and the ability to repeat as needed.
Wayne’s experience includes planning, design, and construction for a wide variety of projects. His extensive background in project management ensures the overall project’s design, budgets, and schedules meet the client’s needs and expectations. Wayne has an expertise in construction management and serves as the president of CDInc., the construction management arm of EAPC.
Wayne is the firm’s go-to architect for projects in the healthcare, hospitality, and corporate sectors. Having been in the industry since 1987, Wayne is well-versed in every market that EAPC pursues work in and is a great resource for information and knowledge of architectural practices.
