EAPC is happy to welcome Cieries Martin to our Phoenix office as an Administrative Assistant.

Cieries’ educational background is in interior architecture from the University of Oregon. Her most recent experience was serving as an Assistant Property Manager in Phoenix, where she implemented marketing strategies, assisted in the development and management of budgets, and managed day-to-day operations including property tours, maintenance, rent collections, and tenant communications.

Cieries also has substantial experience in wholesale purchasing for houseware and luxury consignment, both in ready-to-wear fashion and home and art sectors. She hopes that her people skills gained over the years will help her transition into her administrative role, where she will be an essential part of the day-to-day operation of the Phoenix office.

In her new role at EAPC, Cieries is excited to get to know people in the Interior Design and Architecture industries and to be around people who are working on those types of projects every day. Cieries is looking forward to working at a full-service firm to learn more about the industry, with the hopes of finishing her degree and transitioning into an interior or architectural role in the future.

“We’re grateful Cieries has joined our team to take some responsibilities off the shoulders of our designing staff in Phoenix, along with managing the well-being of the Phoenix office. She’s already brought an energy and warmth we’ve all noticed. We’ll never take her for granted – guaranteed.”
–Eli Valdez, Phoenix Office Manager/Electrical Engineer

Cieries has lived in many places across the country including Minneapolis and her hometown of Sioux Falls, South Dakota. In her free time, she enjoys camping, kayaking, and reading Japanese literature.

Welcome to EAPC, Cieries!
