EAPC is excited to welcome Tim Casey to our St. Paul office as a Senior Architect.

Tim brings an impressive 38 years of healthcare design experience to EAPC. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and later a Master of Architecture from Montana State University. Tim is a member of the AIA and is licensed in 36 states and Washington D.C., and he is NCARB and LEED BD+C certified.

Tim has previously held roles of Principal, Healthcare Team Lead, and Vice President of Architecture at some of the largest Healthcare Architecture firms in the country.

Some of Tim’s favorite projects to date include Makkah Holy Mosque Hospital in Saudi Arabia, Mayo Clinic Arizona’s new Proton Therapy and Cancer Center building, and St. Mary’s Hospital 12-story tower addition in Colorado.

“We are thrilled to have the opportunity to add Tim’s depth of expertise to our healthcare practice. With nearly 40 years of experience and a reputation for outstanding client service, Tim is able to immediately plug into our ongoing work and contribute to the mentorship of our younger staff.” -Dan Abeln, Healthcare Director.

When asked what is something he’s looking forward to at EAPC, Tim says he is happy to be able to mentor young talent. “I like to give whoever I’m working with the opportunity to do the work and think on their own, with me helping them and answering questions.”

“I like to let them run so they can build their confidence.”

Tim also shares an excitement to expand his horizons past the land of 10,000 lakes. “I like the potential to expand past Minnesota and into the Dakotas and Arizona [in EAPC’s other offices].”

In his free time, Tim very much embodies the Midwest mindset. In the summer he enjoys golfing and fishing, and in the winter enjoys hunting and downhill skiing. He also enjoys woodworking.
