EAPC is excited to welcome Bailey McMahon as a full-time Project Designer in our Fargo office.

Bailey started at EAPC in the Summer of 2022 as an Architectural Intern in our Grand Forks office.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Architecture from North Dakota State University in the spring of 2022. This spring, she earned her Master in Architecture, also from NDSU. Bailey is working towards her licensure in North Dakota and plans to expand to more of the Midwest in the future.

Living next to EAPC Partner/COO/Architect Wayne Dietrich and hanging out with his daughter in middle school sparked Bailey’s interest for the architectural world. “I would go to their house after tennis practice and just see drawing boards and papers with drawings sitting out.”

Bailey’s favorite part of the job is telling a story with her designs. She envisions herself in the space and living in the design to feel out what works and what doesn’t. “Being detail-oriented and nitpicky and a perfectionist is the fun part for me.”

In her free time, Bailey enjoys designing projects for fun and to help build her portfolio. She also likes to spend time outside at the lake, hiking, and surfing. She also goes ice fishing in the winter. Bailey is a self-proclaimed plant connoisseur, saying she has a “whole jungle” in her home office.

Congrats on your move to full time, Bailey!
