EAPC is excited to welcome Construction Manager Tony Luchsinger to our Fargo office.

Originally from Saint Michael, Minnesota, Tony moved to Fargo to attend North Dakota State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management in 2019.

He previously worked as a Project Manager at Christianson Companies where he managed commercial projects including restaurants and retail centers. He oversaw change orders, confirmed funding and schedule changes as needed, and managed the budget of projects. Tony also worked as a Project Manager at Tunheim Construction where he monitored quality control for all projects, coordinated with subcontractors to ensure timely completion of work, and created daily project reports.

“We are excited for Tony to join the construction group. His experience and willingness to jump right in and help out has already been an asset. Welcome aboard Tony!” Chris Thomas, Construction Manager Fargo.

Tony’s area of expertise is in food and restaurant construction. He says some of his favorite projects to work on were Plaza Azteca on 52nd Avenue in Fargo and the Sioux Falls location. “I really enjoy being part of the whole process, watching it go from a plot of dirt to a finished restaurant.”

Tony cites EAPC’S specialization in commercial work as a big selling point to why he applied. He says he is looking forward to growing at EAPC and eventually moving into a leadership role.

“I’m excited to be part of a company that is constantly expanding.”

In his free time, Tony enjoys being outdoors. He enjoys walking his dog in the park in the summers and is part of a weekly softball league.

Welcome to EAPC, Tony!
