This project consisted of site development and the construction of a facility to house the United Rural Ambulance squad. The facility includes a four-bay ambulance garage and maintenance space as well as an attached residential/office area that includes meeting space for training, a kitchen, and personnel quarters.
Mechanical engineering included design for gas heaters and floor heat in the garage and furnace for the residential/office space.
Electrical engineering included motion controlled lighting design in the bay and LED lighting in the building.
EAPC also performed bi-weekly construction meetings to document progress and observe construction according to contract documents and administration of the contract.
