New mixed-use complex brings exciting revitalization to downtown Grand Forks.
  • The Beacon will be the future home of three buildings, a 40,000 SF outdoor plaza, public parking, and an event space.
  • Located in a prominent downtown location.
  • The new space will host markets, trade shows, theater shows, movie nights, children’s events, hockey and other sporting events, art shows,
    and more.
  • The three buildings will be mixed-use and consist of apartments, condos, and commercial spaces spanning more than 75,000 SF.
