The heart of downtown West Fargo embraced big change with the exciting development of Sheyenne Plaza, a multifaceted, mixed-use complex with high-end living and commercial office space.
Ohnstad Twichell Law Firm occupies the second floor as well as a portion of the first floor which includes business operations and client conference rooms. The second floor is used for internal conference rooms along with offices spaces. The offices are a mix of private and open with three large break out spaces.
The remainder of first floor is occupied by the VFW which provides great windows with views to Sheyenne Street along with a stage and dance floor that opens up to a patio and brand new park.
First floor also includes a common entrance for apartment spaces located on floors four and five.
Moore Engineering’s office is located on third floor with conference rooms and private offices along with much open space for workstations.
Third floor currently has additional unoccupied space for another commercial tenant.
The pavilion provides a space for people to meet, relax, and enjoy year-round activities.
