Papago Plaza

The original Papago Plaza welcomes new self-storage in the mixed-use redevelopment of south Scottsdale.

• The building is primarily being used for high-end, climate-controlled personal storage with a front office and retail space
• The design includes two large canopy loading areas for loading and unloading convenience
• The site is focused on using low-water, drought tolerant landscaping that is suitable for a desert climate and will become self sufficient as the plants mature
• EAPC reworked the single access site entrance to accommodate a site plan for emergency vehicles, waste collection, and users of the facility
• The building is designed for LED motion sensored lighting and automated door sensors to maintain temperature controls
• Exterior paint colors and stone material are low light value reflective colors
• Windows are low-E to improve energy efficiency
