CDI managed 15 separate contractors

The design of NDFU’s Corporate Headquarters incorporates sophisticated ceiling and lighting design that blankets a more efficient office environment for their multi-department structure. This total interior space renovation was completed in three phases.

One department required 15 private offices, eight work stations, an open work area, board room and support spaces. The other department required four private offices, conference room, six work stations and enclosed work area. Other programmed spaces included in Phase 1 were the cafeteria, work room, mail room and storage. Phase 2 involved restructuring three different departments to allow three private offices to oversee their department personnel with a total of 26 work stations. A more distinct working area was created as well as isolated file storage areas. An intensive ceiling design divided each department while maintaining an open office feel. Phase 3 involved a large multi-purpose auditorium space capable of sub-dividing into three generous size meeting rooms.
