This project involved a 1,500 SF renovation/fit-up of an existing space. The North Dakota Ballet Company moved into a portion of the former Sears Department Store in the former Grand Cities Mall, now known as Hope Mall, in 2001. At the time, minimal work was done to make the space suitable for dance and no modifications were done in the lobby space. The new design included an updated lobby plus additional offices and a locker room. New LED lighting was added throughout and the dance studio spaces were painted.
