EAPC worked directly for Innes Construction to complete this new 13,600 SF building that provides space for auto body repair including twice the paint booths and work space as their previous building. The new location is adjacent to Choice Health & Fitness, with a high profile South Washington street corridor positioning.
Due to the site being on the Washington Street Corridor, there were strict city requirements regarding materials and glazing sizes. The owner was very interested in having a good looking building, but there were limitations as to window location due to the function of the auto repair facility. Negotiations with the City allowed for the inclusion of clerestory styled glazing to bring in natural light and a faux lower window portion on the exterior.
