Phase 1 consists of 16,000 SF addition to the North and West of the existing office building.
Phase 2 consists of the North half of the existing building where the majority of the remodel work will be the inner-core and the addition of a new 850 SF entry/waiting addition
Phase 3 consists of remodeling the existing south half of the existing office building along with mechanical and electrical upgrades like Phase 2 of the existing office building
Firm’s role includes architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering, and construction administration
Phased construction is ongoing with an estimated final completion of February 2024
