An 11,800 SF addition to the Indian Health Services Hospital in Red Lake, MN will soon provide modern trauma and behavioral health rooms for patients along with a new ambulance garage, additional treatment rooms, and provider offices in the emergency department. A 11,200 SF renovation of existing space includes exam rooms, provider space, medical lab, and an updated lobby with hospital support spaces.
EAPC is providing construction administration services on the building expansion and full service design on the renovation portion. EAPC is also providing LEED documentation and specifications for the building to be LEED certified.
