Farm Credit Services in Bottineau is a 7050 SF, new office building. It is a wood framed, brick clad, one story building with a limited second floor mechanical room, and includes a metal standing seam roof as well as a geothermal heating/cooling system.

The building is perfect for Farm Credit as it is open and spacious and overlooks fields from several windows. One unique feature of the new building is the various farming scenes that a drywall artist sculpted in a wall in the main lobby. It is a great artistic feature that is perfect for their office and gets noticed by all who enter.

The Rugby Branch of Farm Credit Services implemented the original design of the Bottineau Branch that was designed by EAPC in 2013. The building is wood framed with brick cladding including a second floor located over the work and file room for mechanical equipment. The overall design leads to a well day-lit office with an accent wall within the lobby with highlighted drywall sculpting depicting farm and ranch scenes. A spacious open atmosphere is perceived throughout the entire building.

The building consists of duel metering for normal power and off-peak heating system. Building luminaires are energy efficient LED interior and exterior lighting fixtures. General power and data distribution throughout building for office and general use. The systems include cable TV, door access system (card reader), and motorized window shades.
