Edgewood Village has multiple components as a community for persons 55 and older. EAPC designed Patio and Twin Homes for Edgewood Village to build on a pre-sold basis. EAPC also modified existing assisted-living and independent-living plans provided by Edgewood Village to fit the Bismarck, Mandan, and surrounding areas.
Residents of Edgewood Village and Edgewood Vista have access to “Main Street”, which features a movie theater, chapel, Hazelnut Coffee Shop, pharmacy, fitness center and spa, beauty salon, and billiards room.
