The new City of Tioga Police Station is a one-story precast structure with a portion of the south exterior wall shared with the newly constructed Norseman Museum and is also connected to City Hall.
The building program has two definite areas a 5,800 SF office area and a 3,400 SF garage. The office area includes dispatch, officers and patrol offices, two interview rooms, a booking area, a training room, locker rooms, break room, and secure armory and evidence rooms. The garage houses six patrol cars, a wash bay and a shop area.
