EAPC was asked by CentraCare to perform a LEAN space study of their St. Cloud campuses since they had acquired the St. Cloud Medical Group. EAPC mapped patient services to help eliminate non-value steps, improve patient flow by eliminating wait times, and improve overall efficiency of medical provider services.
The current value stream maps were converted to future value stream maps and the future value stream mapping and exercises were used by EAPC’s healthcare design architects to help CentraCare provide the most efficient, effective and customer valued services.
