The flood of 2011 left many without housing. Broadway Circle will support this critical need in the Minot community.

EXISTING STRUCTURE

  • 5,476 remodel space will include the Welcome Table Café and the Lord’s Cupboard Food Pantry
  • A new commercial kitchen will support the Café

FAMILY SHELTER

  • This 8,335 SF project includes a new six-unit family shelter with two fully accessible units
  • (2) units within the shelter provide (2) bedrooms with (1) shared bathroom; (4) units provide (3) bedrooms with (2) shared bathrooms
  • This project follows HUD requirements of universal accessibility, Energy Star guidelines, and Green Communities standards
  • A natural playground area supports the new family shelter

AFFORDABLE RENTAL HOUSING

  • This 16,168 SF project includes a new 2-story, 17-unit building for affordable housing;
  • (6) studio units, (8) one bedroom, (3) two bedroom
  • This project follows HUD requirements of universal accessibility, Energy Star guidelines, and Green Communities standards
