The flood of 2011 left many without housing. Broadway Circle will support this critical need in the Minot community.
EXISTING STRUCTURE
- 5,476 remodel space will include the Welcome Table Café and the Lord’s Cupboard Food Pantry
- A new commercial kitchen will support the Café
FAMILY SHELTER
- This 8,335 SF project includes a new six-unit family shelter with two fully accessible units
- (2) units within the shelter provide (2) bedrooms with (1) shared bathroom; (4) units provide (3) bedrooms with (2) shared bathrooms
- This project follows HUD requirements of universal accessibility, Energy Star guidelines, and Green Communities standards
- A natural playground area supports the new family shelter
AFFORDABLE RENTAL HOUSING
- This 16,168 SF project includes a new 2-story, 17-unit building for affordable housing;
- (6) studio units, (8) one bedroom, (3) two bedroom
- This project follows HUD requirements of universal accessibility, Energy Star guidelines, and Green Communities standards
