This classroom addition to the existing Berthold Elementary School includes space for Family and Consumer Science, English, and ADA compliant restrooms.
In addition, the west wing has a new Vocational Agriculture structure and relocated greenhouse as well as a renovated science room.
The existing shop area was converted to music space adjacent to the current gym with larger practice space and room for offices and music storage.
On the northeast corner of the building, a new multi-purpose gymnasium with cafeteria/commons area, new ADA compliant restrooms, expanded kitchen, and locker rooms comprise the majority of the space, with added offices for coaches and trainers adjacent to the new locker rooms. The existing metal building serving as a weight room was relocated closer to the multi-purpose room and lockers.
These additions and renovations provide upgraded educational spaces, fill the need for a better kitchen and cafeteria, and allow for added student enrollment.
