This 46,680 SF hotel has a total of 91 sleeping units. A variety of king and queen rooms as well as accessible units and hearing-impaired units are distributed throughout its four floors.
The first floor contains 7 rental rooms along with front desk, lobby, pool area, fitness center, business center, breakfast room, and laundry facilities. The lobby employs a great room concept where the registration and breakfast area flow together in large space.
The second through fourth floors are typical hotel floors with housekeeping and laundry facilities located adjacent to the elevator lobbies on those floors.

The building is constructed primarily of woodframe wall construction with some steel beam and column structure at long-span conditions. Floors are constructed with wood trusses and gyp-crete, and exterior finish is a combination of cultured stone and siding with asphalt shingles and standing seam roofing.
There is also 2,500 SF of retail space attached for tenant, 1000 Degrees Neapolitan Pizzeria.
