EAPC Architects Engineers is looking for a Part Time Administrative Assistant to join our Bismarck, ND team

EAPC is a team of more than 115 architects, interior designers, engineers, LEAN process improvement specialists, construction managers, and other professionals working together across market sectors and the United States. Our Bismarck crew is a team of about eight people looking for a friendly face and someone who enjoys assisting where ever they are needed and learning new skills.

Our Bismarck, ND office is currently looking for a Part Time Administrative Assistant to devote 20-25 hours per week to providing administrative support that ensures efficient operation of the office. The Administrative Assistant will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization, communication, and creativity. Communication via phone, verbal communications, and email are essential to ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

As a Part Time Administrative Assistant at EAPC, you will
  • Answer incoming phone calls, greet visitors, and direct calls and visitors
  • Assist other office members with tasks such as typing, scanning, mailing, sending/receiving packages and documents, etc.
  • File documents
  • Keep the office organized and running efficiently
  • Assist with reconciling monthly procurement card statements
  • Track and report monthly expenses including printing, mileage, and postage to the accounting department
  • Assist office administrative assistants in other office locations
  • Monitor office vehicle calendar
  • Sort and distribute mail
  • Type letter proposals and professional service agreements
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Collaborate with multiple professional disciplines and, at times, be required to work within deadlines
  • Demonstrate an ongoing and consistent ability to work within the EAPC team culture
  • Foster a commitment to external and internal client service

  • An associate degree in a related field
  • Proven administrative or assistant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

The position will report directly to the Bismarck Office Manager and will work as an integrated member of a multi-discipline, in-house team of engineers, architects, and drafting technicians.
