Customer Relationship Management Training

EAPC Business Excellence partnered with the Center for Innovation to deliver Customer Relationship Management training to the University of North Dakota’s EERC. The EERC is seeing its customer base transition from a government-centric contract approach to a private corporation-centric marketing and sales approach. To aid in this transition, Business Excellence partnered with the Center for Innovation to provide two, 2-hour workshops to over 30 employees at the EERC focusing specifically on the concepts for CRM and how to deploy a CRM strategy at the EERC as they move into the more private-oriented corporate markets of the future.
