The City of Fergus Falls is looking to enhance their downtown and riverfront that will create a unique, river oriented recreation and community space. A master plan was completed in 2017 and the City is ready to put the plan into motion. EAPC will provide architectural and structural services along with civil firm Bolton & Menk, Inc. on this design-bid-build project.

- Riverwalk trail
- Riverwalk balcony
- Riverfront amphitheater
- Parking lot improvements
