EAPC is excited to bring Mariah Gresko onboard as a Healthcare Planner and Designer in our Phoenix office.
Mariah earned her Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Arizona State University and her Master of Architecture with specialization in Healthcare Design from Clemson University in South Carolina. She is currently working towards her licensure in Arizona, describing it as “one of my big goals for the near future.”
While in school, Mariah held a variety of Architectural positions including Design Assistant at ASU, Architectural Intern at Lightvox Studio, and Architectural Intern at Payette.
“With a master’s degree in healthcare architecture & work experience at large firms, Mariah brings her enthusiasm and meticulous thoughtfulness to our practice. We are excited to have her join our growing healthcare team.”
– Shadab Karim, Senior Healthcare Planner and Designer.
Mariah gained her first full-time experience as a Medical Planner at EYP Architecture & Engineering in Houston, where she assisted in pre-design through design development phases with a focus on master and departmental planning.
In 2021 Mariah made the move back to Phoenix to be closer to family. She served as a Medical Planner at HKS Architects in Phoenix where she gained experience in planning and designing for sports medicine outpatient services, oncology, emergency, observation, and both inpatient and outpatient diagnostic and treatment, among others.
“I’m excited to be coming to a firm with a growing healthcare team.”
Mariah is also the current Associate Board Director of AIA Metro Phoenix, where she organizes events for newly-licensed architects to make connections within the community.
In her free time, Mariah enjoys playing pickleball and tennis. She also enjoys cooking and using her new pasta machine, as well as drawing urban landscapes.
