EAPC is excited to welcome Mindy Hart to our Architectural team in our St. Paul office.

Mindy brings more than 10 years of design experience. She earned her Master of Architecture from North Dakota State University and is licensed in North Dakota.

Some notable projects Mindy has worked on include Andersen Windows (Goodyear, AZ) which earned the NAIOP Arizona Industrial Tenant Improvement Project of the Year Award, and Renewal by Andersen Value Add Center (Cottage Grove, MN) which earned a DBIA Upper Midwest Region Honorable Mention.

“I got into industrial at my last job and I really liked it. Even though the buildings may not look as pretty, the insides are complex and I really like the details.”

Mindy says she’s known she wanted to be an architect ever since she was 10 years old. “I had Barbies but I never played with them, I always just built towns for them.”

When asked what drew her to apply at EAPC Mindy says, “I’ve known of EAPC my whole life growing up in North Dakota and going to NDSU… it seemed like a good fit for me.”

Mindy values mentorship and sharing her knowledge with others and is looking forward to leading a team at EAPC someday.

“I think EAPC is looking to expand and I’m excited to be part of the process.”

One of Mindy’s favorite hobbies is gardening as she is a big outdoors person. She is also into fitness and competes in multiple triathlons every year.

Welcome to EAPC, Mindy!
