EAPC is excited to welcome award-winning Content Writer Leslie Frisbee to our Sioux Falls office.

Leslie brings more than 20 years of experience as a journalist and editor to EAPC’s marketing team. Her career highlights include being a self-published children’s author, winning an award for General Excellence from the Nevada Press Association as Editor in Chief of Luxury Magazine in Las Vegas, and being named a 2017 Hakkasan Group Woman on Top for her community involvement.

I am excited to bring Leslie’s skill set to our team. As we think about new ways to showcase who we are and what we do, Leslie’s role is to highlight our architecture and engineering design expertise and thought leadership within multiple sectors. With her creative thought and unique style, we look to provide educational and entertaining content to our clients and to the general public.” – Lori Bakken, Director of Marketing

Leslie started in media as a health and fitness reporter for a nationally syndicated morning show in the mid-90s. She later worked as Editor in Chief of multiple publications and the Director of Niche Content for the Las Vegas Review-Journal. Most recently, she co-founded a cause marketing firm, The CLASS Project.

When the pandemic brought lifestyle and luxury living to a standstill, Leslie moved back to her hometown of Sioux Falls, where she lives with her husband. After taking a short break to pursue her Master of Arts in Creative Writing at Wilkes University, Leslie decided she needed to return to that creative outlet. She says she’s excited to bring her “eclectic” history and experiences to EAPC and bring that value to our marketing team.

“I know how to publish a magazine in my sleep—I wanted to expand my experience.”

Leslie and her husband enjoy traveling in their spare time. They venture to New York City every Thanksgiving and take a trip every summer and winter with their horses and dog to her family’s cattle ranch in Wyoming.

Welcome to EAPC, Leslie!
