EAPC is pleased to welcome Karl Petterson to our Fargo office as Construction Manager.

Karl earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alaska Fairbanks. Most recently, Karl served as a Project Manager and Rural Campus Maintenance Manager at the University of Alaska where he performed facility maintenance, planning, and project management for the University’s rural campuses and research facilities.

Karl grew up on a farm near Binford, ND, and went to Alaska for college where he spent most of his career working at the University. “My time in Alaska was great. The state is beautiful, and it seems that every time you round a bend in the road there is another magnificent view to enjoy. But after 30 years in the Fairbanks area, I was ready to return home to be closer to family and friends. I am loving being back and am relishing the additional sunlight in the winter.”

Karl says he loves his new position at EAPC.

It is allowing me to use all my previous experience in construction management that I gained at the University while also providing me a new perspective on managing projects in the private sector. I look forward to being a part of a team that provides a quality end-product to our clients.”

In Karl’s spare time, he says he enjoys jogging, camping, amateur photography, and playing with Freight, his chocolate lab.

Welcome to EAPC, Karl!
