We are happy to welcome Josue San Jose to our Fargo office as a Structural Designer.
Josue earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from North Dakota State University. After graduation, Josue worked as an Engineer I at the North Dakota Department of Transportation. Wanting to be true to himself, he inquired with friends who shared their positive experiences as previous employees of EAPC. “This got me thinking that EAPC was a good fit for me so I decided to apply!”
Although challenging, Josue says his time so far at EAPC has been enjoyable. “I have a great support system from my coworkers and supervisor. I know I am in a place where I will grow as a professional by learning from everyone.” Josue says he is motivated to increase his knowledge in structural engineering while gaining self-confidence as a professional.
“I am motivated by a desire to be better and the opportunity I have to achieve it. I have a picture of what I would like my future to be and that is what gets me up every morning!”
Josue says his goal is to become a good engineer that will be skilled at managing challenges with the proper solutions.
Outside of work Josue enjoys spending time at the gym, reading, singing, trying out new foods, traveling, and hanging out with friends and family.
