We welcome David Oshota, Project Designer, to our growing Phoenix office.

David will focus on high end self-storage design and also provide design expertise to our healthcare sector.

“We are excited to have David join our expanding Site Entitlement team and look forward to continue seeing the sector grow with projects across the country.” – Michelle Bach, Project Manager/Entitlement Planner

David’s education includes Higher National Diploma in Architecture from the Polytechnic Ibadan in Nigeria and a master’s in Food, Society and International Governance Programme Graduate from Universität Oberta de Catalunya (UOC), Spain. Throughout his career, David has worked as an Architectural Project Manager, Site Inspector/Project Specialist, Project Coordinator/Intern Architect, Project Manager, Job Captain, and most recently worked as a consultant for CDM Smith FEMA/CCPRS, Simonsen Architects, A2O Designs, and LKD LLC.

“I continue to do what I do, not that I think there is a lot of money to be made from Architecture, but because of the immense opportunities it offers to contribute to improving people’s lives and the society at large. I am delighted to be the next addition to the EAPC’s already diverse workforce; and look forward to learning and contributing through my architectural position.”

David and his wife, Kristen, live in the Phoenix area. They enjoy traveling with their two sons, watching soccer matches and mentoring young people.
