We are pleased to welcome Joshua (Josh) Anderson as CAD Specialist to our Fargo office.
Josh graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead in 2006 with a Bachelor’s in Graphic Communications. Upon graduation, Josh worked in a variety of positions including Helpdesk Technician, IT Admin, Geographic Technician/3D Artist, CAD Technician, and Technical Specialist. In 2018, Josh accepted an internship with a local engineering firm as an Electrical Technician. In this role, he created Revit and AutoCAD drawings during design and plan preparation with a focus on electrical and mechanical services. Following his internship, Josh worked as a designer at Marvin Windows and most recently as a 3D CAD technician at Protosthetics in Fargo. In 2019, Josh obtained a degree in drafting from M-State Community and Technical College in Moorhead.
My education and experience in multimedia and drafting design has given me the opportunity to work in a diverse field. I hope to bring some of that diversity to my work at EAPC and to become an integral member within our team.
Josh is a Hoople, ND native, graduating with a class of 11. As a kid, Josh said he always enjoyed putting things together and learning to understand how the mechanics of something works. “Growing up in a farming community, there was always something to work on. I was very interested in how things operate and why things are built a certain way. I have always enjoyed art and it seemed 3D Graphics and Drafting was a good fit for me.”
Josh and his wife Jennifer have three dogs, enjoy snowboarding, camping, going on brewery tours, and hanging out by a fire on the weekends. They also attend “furry” events as well!
