EAPC is providing design services for three projects with Harbor Behavioral Health & Counseling
48-Bed Psychiatric Hospital
EAPC is asked to convert an existing approximately 14,000 SF vacant single story building into a new psychiatric hospital. This project will be completed in three phases:
Phase 1: Convert existing vacant building into psychiatric hospital and alter exterior façade to enhance the appearance of existing of building while matching the neighborhood.
Phase 2: Plan for future horizontal expansion to adjacent parcel of building to include future inpatient units for children and adults.
Phase 3: Plan for future transitional living apartments on adjacent parcel of psychiatric hospital.
Private Residence
EAPC is providing A/E services for a major expansion and renovation to a million dollar private residence, located on Hilly Terrains at one of the upscale neighborhoods in the Scottdale area. This project consists of providing an outdoor soccer field, full size basketball and tennis courts, dog park, infinity resort-style swimming pool stepped down with two levels, waterfall at the pool area, fitness gym, movie theater, a nature walk, expanded kitchen and great room, additional master suite, and four additional garage stalls for a total of six. The goal is to bring the value of the property up to $5 million and create a resort-style outdoor area for entertaining friends and guests.
Multi-family Housing Complex
EAPC will provide full-A/E services for a new multi-family housing complex on an approximately three-acre site in Phoenix. The project scope is to develop 15-20 condos, clubhouse, and outdoor swimming pool.
