EAPC welcomes Emma McFarland to the Fargo office as a CAD Specialist for Mechanical Production

Emma is attending NDSCS and anticipates a May 2020 graduation with a degree in Architectural Drafting & Estimating Technology. Emma has worked part-time while in college as an office assistant for Protection Systems, a Fargo company that provides sales and service of fire alarm, nurse call, security, card access, and sound systems to the tri-state area. During her employment at Protection Systems, Emma said she learned much about time management by handling orders from the stock room to fulfill new job requests.

Emma said she is excited to begin her career in mechanical design.

“What interests me most about this design is that it is a new area for me so I am excited to dig in and learn as much as possible while contributing to the end result.”

Emma loves to travel and plans to do much more of it in the future.

“I love to travel to about anywhere, especially somewhere warm. My favorite place I have visited is the Grand Canyon in Arizona. I hope to travel to other National Parks and throughout Europe.”
