We are pleased to announce the hire of Noah Fischer as Human Resources and Organizational Development Manager

Noah obtained his undergrad at NDSU with a BS in Psychology and earned his MBA in Human Resource Management from University of Mary in Bismarck. Noah brings to EAPC six years of HR experience, most currently working for NDSU as the Associate Director for Human Resources & Payroll. At NDSU, a 6,000+ employee organization, Noah was a proven developer in implementing HR processes and also a coach to all levels to optimize individual and business performance. Prior to NDSU, Noah served as the Director of Human Resources for Mayville State University where he monitored all HR operations, including full-cycle recruitment, hiring, talent management, and professional development at all levels.

Noah and his wife Kaye, and two sons Liam and Ryder

Noah will provide leadership development and HR support for enterprise leaders, functional leaders, and general people managers on daily employee relations and performance management issues. He is a strong proponent to developing and fostering a welcoming, supportive, and forward-thinking corporate culture.
