EAPC welcomes Blake Gierszewski as a Mechanical Designer in our Industrial Services Group

Blake received his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from UND in 2018 and focused on improving the recycling system in Grand Forks for his Senior Capstone II project. During this course he proposed a change to the recycling system by incorporating Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tags into the City’s existing system, and developed new policy plans to aid in the transition of his proposed RFID system.

“I enjoy thinking creatively to solve problems with others. As a kid I grew up problem solving and creating structures with LEGO. EAPC seems like the best fit to evolve these skills by collaborating within the IS team.”

Blake is eager to learn the various CAD programs used at EAPC to communicate clearly and efficiently to clients.

“Learning how to operate CADWorx and Navisworks in order to become a valuable member of the EAPC team is a goal I look to achieve in the near future.”

Blake also looks forward to working his way up the ranks to eventually lead projects, or lead a new department focused on Lean Six Sigma concepts.

In Blake’s free time, he enjoys fishing, playing video games and hockey, and focusing on fitness.

Welcome to EAPC, Blake!
