IRET, a real estate investment trust company, and Farm Credit Services (FCS) have hired EAPC to work on two projects. A unique swapping situation, Farm Credit Services (FCS) will be moving out of their current building and moving in to the existing space of IRET, a real estate investment trust company. This project will be a 20,000 SF rebranding and remodeling project. IRET will be taking over the existing FCS building to make it their new place of occupancy which will require a complete gutting and rebranding.
Prior to this, FCS commissioned local architects to provide design options of what their buildings could look like. This design challenge required many hours of thought and creativity and the selected design was favorable to EAPC. The owners agreed that EAPC’s thorough assessments, associated costs, and overall design and branding presentation exceeded expectations. They also appreciated EAPC’s mechanical team taking the time to walk through their buildings prior to the onset of the design challenge.
