University of South Dakota in Vermillion is upgrading the mechanical systems in Burgess and Norton Halls

EAPC Sioux Falls and the MEP team will perform the following:

• Replace the existing chilled water mechanical system equipment and piping in the mechanical rooms of Burgess and Norton Halls
• Replace the hydronic heating system in the mechanical rooms of Burgess and Norton Halls
• Replace the electric water and steam converter heaters in the mechanical rooms of Burgess and Norton Halls
• Modify the steam/condensate piping as necessary
• Replace the hot water storage tanks in Burgess and Norton Halls
