EAPC welcomes Lee Estad to our Grand Forks office as a Construction Specialist

He provided his talents at EAPC for 10 years, now is back to do it again! Lee Estad, construction specialist based out of our Grand Forks office, has returned after an 11 year departure and we couldn’t be happier. Since 2007, Lee worked at Altru Health System as a construction manager gaining extensive design and construction experience within the healthcare industry.

Lee knows a thing or two about good customer service and says that it should be the number one goal for everyone.

“It’s my goal and will always be during my career. Treating people with respect and engaging them in the process always builds trust for a better working relationship. Good customer service or even better, great customer service, helps businesses build financial growth each year to provide better services for current and new customers.”

Lee’s primary role at EAPC will be project management, construction administration, and estimating. He is working/training closely with Chris Thomas and Mark Bohlman who has plans for permanent R&R in the next few months.

Lee says he has an awesome wife Jenny (married 23 years) and together they have two kids, Madison who has begun her second year at UND and Evan who is a senior at EGF. Lee enjoys the great outdoors hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, and also cooking and spending time with his family and friends. He says his goal is to remain healthy and active in his personal and work life.

“I want to utilize my previous work experience and continue working with management and design teams to help provide great customer service and great project outcomes.”

Welcome back to EAPC, Lee
