Proximal 50, a Wellness Clinic and Gym, is expanding to a second location in Downtown Bismarck. The new site is a building that was originally built in 1929 for the International Harvester Company as a maintenance garage and show room. The project will restore many of the original features while integrating the Proximal 50 brand. The project has recently been approved for State Renaissance Zone Program incentives and intends to open its doors early 2018.
