MeritCare Clinic Remodel Wahpeton, North Dakota
MeritCare Health System contracted with CD, Inc. to remodel one of their clinics in Wahpeton, ND. The project consisted of an addition to provide a procedural room, additional exam rooms and office support space. The central nursing stations, records area and parking lot were also completely renovated. CD Inc. services included competitively bidding seventeen separate bid packages, scheduling, quality control, field supervision and overall project management. EAPC Services included master planning, space planning, code analysis, architecture, interior design, structural engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and construction observation services.
