The project consisted of two large two story building additions and remodel of existing spaces. The building required continued occupancy and function during all phases of construction.
EAPC services included preparing preliminary construction cost estimates in order to determine project scope and financial feasibility. Based on budget estimates, the project was able to go forward. Architectural and structural work included construction of two building additions, 2-story 8,000 SF and remodeling of 4,528 SF of existing building.
New facilities include basement storage, staff lounge, mechanical space, waiting and exam rooms, chemotherapy rooms, laboratory and other support areas. Also includes a 2,100 SF drive-in canopy.
