Stadter Psychiatric Center Grand Forks, ND
Project
A single story Psychiatric Hospital and Clinic housing both hospital patient rooms/patient care and treatment rooms, as well as a clinic space consisting of private offices, conference space and special purpose rooms was constructed. The physical separation between the hospital and clinic was an important security concern for the Owner. The design incorporated door card reading systems as well as appropriate physical barriers.
EAPC services included programming, code analysis, site development and parking, architecture, interior design and space planning, structural engineering, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and cost estimating.
