A four story addition to expand treatment services for patient care. Areas include a complete GI lab (ASC), oncology treatment, cardiac testing and treatment, and complete muscular-skeletal exam and treatment. A new entry atrium/lobby allowed uninterrupted access to the existing practices while providing appropriate access and clear circulation routes to the new treatment areas. The remodeling of the existing building included the employee cafeteria completed in 1995.\
EAPC services included programming, code analysis, architecture, interior design and space planning, future design graphic arts, cost estimating, mechanical engineering, structural engineering, civil engineering and electrical engineering.
